Depression
A mental health condition that can cause persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, loss of interest in activities, tiredness, disturbed sleep, and difficulty coping with everyday life.
Anxiety
Anxiety can cause excessive worry, fear, panic, and physical symptoms such as a racing heart, restlessness, or difficulty concentrating, which can interfere with daily life.
Eating Disorders

Social Media Companies Should Be Held To Account

Corporate Accountability
It is alleged that some social media companies designed features that encourage prolonged use, particularly among younger users, while failing to take adequate steps to protect children from foreseeable harm. A claim may help hold those companies to account if they breached their legal duties.
Financial Compensation
A successful claim may provide compensation for medical expenses, therapy costs, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages.
What Will This Cost?
We will provide full details and guidance on our costs and charges if this matter proceeds further. There are no costs charged by us for you checking your eligibility or registering your interest in this claim.
Claim Time Limits
In most personal injury claims in England and Wales, court proceedings must be started within three years. This is usually three years from the date of the accident or injury, or from the date you first became aware that your injury was caused by someone else’s negligence (known as the “date of knowledge”).
